Sometimes what we really need is not a recipe, not a health & nutrition fact, or a wellness incentive. Instead, what we need, is some inspiration.
Today's breakfast inspiration is what's for dinner. Now, I'm not sure if it's because I've had the weight of a long day on my shoulders or I'm just a glutton past 6pm, but when I have breakfast for dinner, I usually want a little more. I want a full plate, bacon, homefries, eggs, veggies, and fruit. I want to be pleasantly stuffed full of breakfast stuffs. That's what today's bfast inspiration is all about.
TATERS: Chopped sweet, white sweet, and russet potatoes slow cooked in grassfed butter & a splash of olive oil in a large skillet until crispy crunchy perfect & seasoned with salt & pepper!
BACON: Cooked crispy, not limp. Some grease reserved & drizzled over the taters to finish them off.
VEGGIES: Thin sliced red bell peppers and zucchini, cooked over medium heat & some wilted spinach all seasoned w/ salt & pepper.
EGGS: 3 whole eggs, fried in grassfed butter over medium heat.
COFFEE: None, cause it's dinner time. No matter what you may think caffeine does to you, caffeine + sleep do not go together.
