Sometimes what we really need is not a recipe, not a health & nutrition fact, or a wellness incentive. Instead, what we need, is some inspiration.
Today's breakfast inspiration is a little something I like to call greenspiration. Green veggies & some super quick mock guac. Nailing it.
- MOCK QUAC: The perfect way to get a nice big dose of healthy fats in the morning. Just take half an avocado, pitted & peeled, sprinkle with salt & some lime juice, then mash with a fork. Taste & adjust seasoning if needed.
- EGGS: Fried in a hot pan in grassfed butter just until over easy.
- VEGGIES: Baby Spinach wilted alongside your eggs in some more grassfed butter.
- COFFEE: Brewed hot on this chilly day.
