- VEGGIES: Thin sliced sweet potato and red bell pepper, cooked over medium high heat in grassfed butter until cooked through & golden.
- EGGS: 4 of them (OH YEAH) whisked with a splash of milk and a pinch of salt & pepper, poured over cooked veggies & scrambled.
- FRUIT: Half an apple, washed, cored, & sliced. Topped with Crazy Richards Natural Peanut Butter.
- COFFE: Brewed cold, poured over ice with a dash of cinnamon.
