For me, Sundays are for prepping. I get all my food together and I chop, sort, clean, separate, and cook the foods I need to get us through the week without losing our minds. I like to mix it up, try new things, make some changes to my menu, but these sweet potato fries never seem to get cut. They are tried & true, perfect to grab in a pinch and pairable with breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner!
Baked Sweet Potato Fries
- Sweet potatoes
- Olive oil or olive oil spray
- Sea Salt
- Course Ground Black Pepper
Preheat your oven (roast) to 425 degrees F. Cut sweet potatoes into strips and lay onto parchment lined baking sheets. Toss in olive oil or spray and then season with salt & pepper. Roast in the oven, flipping occasionally, for roughly 40 minutes (cook times will vary depending on oven) or until perfectly crispy! If needed, adjust seasoning & then eat up!
These keep well in the fridge (they might get a little mushy, but flavor stays) in an airtight container.
