Saturday mornings often times suck. I have to wake up early to workout. I'm still tired from working out the night before. There's never enough coffee. However, there is one shining beam of light on those dreary mornings and that is breakfast.
On RP you get more food (mostly more carbs) around your workout. When I workout first thing in the morning that translates into a big breakfast with all the fixin's post wod :D
So here's what we've got...
Egg White Veggie Omelet - Spray a skillet with olive oil spray & cook spinach, asparagus, peppers, & zucchini over medium heat until desired doneness. Pour in 165g of egg whites, let cook, fold, & flip.
Dave's Killer Bread - 1 slice, toasted.
Oatmeal - Cook 1/2 cup old fashioned oats with water. Mash 1.5 oz of banana with some cinnamon. Stir in oats, add a few berries, & a splash of vanilla extract.
3oz protein / 2 handfuls greens / 60g Carbs / 0g Fat
